Put a number on your next project
A clear quote. A confident next step.
Add materials and your own local prices. Keep discounts, tax, labour and transport visible, then download a quotation ready to share.
From measurement to quotation
Start with a material calculator if you need to establish quantities. Each tool can send a calculated quantity to this quotation builder. You can also enter your own items, descriptions, units and rates. Match each unit price to its quantity: a price per square metre belongs with square metres, while a price per pack belongs with a pack count.
The selected currency labels the amounts you enter. It does not convert prices or retrieve supplier rates. Use current quotations from your supplier and make sure every item uses the same currency.
Keep the scope and calculation clear
Write product dimensions, specifications and included services in the item descriptions or notes. The discount and tax apply to the material line-item subtotal, with tax calculated after the discount. Labour and transport are added afterward as flat charges, without extra tax or discount. Enter those service charges inclusive of any applicable service taxes, and use this model only when it matches the arrangement you intend to quote.
This is a quotation document, not a determination of local tax obligations or a guarantee of product availability. Check the final amounts, quantities and terms before sharing it. The quotation guide includes a practical review checklist.
Your draft stays in your browser
The quotation is prepared on your device. If you choose to save a draft, it is stored in this browser rather than sent to a Build Calculator account. Avoid saving personal customer information on a shared device, and clear a saved draft when you no longer need it. Downloading a PDF gives you a separate document that you control.
